Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer

Cancellation Policy

We know your time is valuable and Everett has a very full schedule. We ask that you communicate any requests for schedule changes or cancellations:

MORE THAN 72 hours prior to any scheduled in-person workshop and

MORE THAN 24 hours prior to any scheduled online session.

For in-person workshops, 72-hour cancellation notice required. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to your scheduled in-person workshop, your fee will not be refunded.

For online sessions, if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled online session, your fee will not be refunded. Instead, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee and your online session will be rescheduled.

By purchasing or registering for any service or event, you confirm that you have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to our cancellation policy.

By purchasing or registering for any of our services or events, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Everett Oliver and any agents or employees from and against any and all claims, loss, damage, injury, cost (including court costs and attorney’s fees), charges, liability or exposure, however caused, resulting from or arising out of, or in any way connected with the use of, any services and information provided by Everett Oliver.

Live Event Media Release and Liability Waiver

Portions of our events may be recorded on video and photographs may be taken. By attending any of these events, you expressly and irrevocably consent to the recording of your image, likeness, and voice and irrevocably grant Everett Oliver the right to use your image, likeness, and voice in advertising, social media, and any/all other promotional capacities.

Your presence at any of these events is a waiver of any and all legal claims Everett Oliver, without limitation.
